🗝️ Postpartum Power-Ups: an essential resource for better care

Can you feel it? That electric energy of a brand-new year filled with big plans, bold visions, and the unstoppable drive to serve postpartum mothers more powerfully than ever. You’re not here to merely get by—you’re here to lead a revolution in postpartum care.

And guess what? You’re not doing it alone.

We’ve gathered an incredible community of forward-thinking providers—IBCLCs, doulas, nutritionists, chiropractors, physical therapists, mental health pros, and more—who see postpartum for the transformative window it truly is.

We’re the ones bridging cutting-edge science with time-honored healing traditions to uncover the root causes of postpartum challenges. We reject the limits of a broken system. Instead, we forge a new path, hand in hand, guiding mothers toward long-lasting, holistic health.

This is our calling: to uplift mothers, families, and entire communities by going all-in on next-level postpartum support. It’s about setting aside outdated approaches, honoring the body’s innate wisdom, and delivering real healing that leaves women feeling stronger, not just “done” or “checked off.”

🕳️ This Year, We’re Going Deeper

  • Deeper Trainings & Tools: Access the science and strategies to supercharge your practice.
  • Collaborative Roundtables: Learn from peers who are building postpartum empires—just like you.
  • Community Spotlights: Celebrate each other’s wins, swap breakthroughs, and spark fresh inspiration.

More importantly, we’re here to remind you of your “why.” You’re in this because you believe postpartum deserves more than the quick fixes and symptom-chasing that weigh down modern care. You’re here to ensure mothers are deeply nourished—in body, mind, and spirit. And that, my friend, is revolutionary.

💡Conversations That Are Lighting Me Up

I recently dropped a solo podcast episode—“Sober Motherhood: Thriving Without Wine in a Culture That Tells You to Drink” (EP193)—and the response has been unbelievable. So many providers and mamas have reached out, sharing personal stories of what they’ve endured, childhood experiences with their own moms, and the patterns they’re seeing in their practices today.

If you haven’t tuned in yet, you’ll want to give it a listen ASAP:
Sober Motherhood: Thriving Without Wine (EP193)

It’s a conversation we desperately need—because in a world that glamorizes “wine mom” culture, more and more women are waking up to the idea that we don’t have to numb out. We can choose a different path, one that offers real, sustainable relief and genuine connection. Hearing these stories and witnessing this shift only reaffirms my belief: we are on the cusp of a deeper, more authentic postpartum care revolution.

☕ Industry News

1. New Postpartum Care Legislation in New Jersey
The state of New Jersey just passed a groundbreaking law requiring providers to create a postpartum care plan for their patients. This is a significant step forward in recognizing postpartum needs at a legislative level. Now, our challenge is making sure providers are trained in what’s really happening in the postpartum body—so these care plans actually deliver true support and healing. Read more here.

2. Postpartum Nutrition on the Rise
In other news, the postpartum nutrition market is growing at lightning speed, with new articles highlighting supplementation as a major focus area. If you aren’t already supporting your clients nutritionally, now’s the time—trust me, you don’t want to be left behind. I have some bold predictions about supplements and postpartum wellness that I’ll be sharing soon on the podcast, so stay tuned! Check out the article.
