By the end of this program, you will be able to:

Understand postpartum physiology beyond standard care models, including digestion, depletion, inflammation, hormonal recovery, and nervous system regulation
-
Identify patterns of dysfunction and recognize how symptoms connect across systems
-
Apply a structured, root-cause approach to postpartum nutrition using the Postpartum Restoration Method™
-
Support mothers through real-world challenges including fatigue, mood instability, nutrient depletion, and recovery after birth
-
Use food-first strategies, targeted nutrition, and supportive tools in a way that is practical, sustainable, and aligned with the postpartum body
