I help a mother nourish and care for herself through nutrient rich whole foods and self-care steps, and gather a tribe, so she can nourish and care for her family with joy and confidently breastfeed using the unique Thompson Method, giving her the opportunity to have a thriving postpartum and a happy, healthy family.
