I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified Postpartum University provider serving families across the Mat-Su Valley through Mat-Su Health Services, Inc. I specialize in postpartum depression and anxiety, trauma-informed behavioral health, maternal nutrition, and supporting military families and women veterans. With a background as a U.S. Air Force Social Work Officer and extensive experience in integrated behavioral health care, I provide compassionate, culturally responsive support to clients navigating the emotional, physical, and relational challenges of the postpartum period.

I support postpartum mothers and families with compassionate, trauma-informed care focused on emotional healing, maternal wellness, and steady recovery. I help women navigate postpartum depression, anxiety, birth trauma, and the challenges that can arise when recovering from substance use. My approach combines evidence-based therapy with a whole-person view of maternal nutrition, emotional health, and family support.
