Professional Bio:

I'm a mom of 2, Postpartum Nutrition Specialist & Health Coach, Maternal Mental Health NPO Founder and Breastfeeding Advocate. I help postpartum moms prepare for the journey ahead, heal and nourish their body after birth... so that they can thrive - not just survive. 

How I Help Mothers:

I help them prepare for postpartum during the pregnancy stages by incorporating postpartum planning, meal prepping, creating their village, gathering the necessary products as needed for their unique situation, and even providing said products through the physical portion of my business. For those that have already given birth, I guide them on the practical ways to incorporate healthy whole foods and herbs that will aid in their recovery especially anything that will help to alleviate PMADs and the need for psychiatric medication.

This all combined with nervous system techniques and tapping into their spirituality in order to heal from deeply rooted traumas, relational issues, and other external factors contributing to their experience in postpartum not being a joyful one. I offer coaching, cooking classes, physical and digital products, resources and online courses to meet the needs of mothers where they are in their journey.
