Mackenzie Momper is a Postpartum Wellness Specialist and Holistic Nutritionist who helps women navigate the transition from maidenhood to motherhood feeling nourished, strong, and supported. Through the Well-Fed Momma Method, she offers comprehensive postpartum doula support, personalized prenatal and postpartum nutrition coaching, and movement and nervous system recovery rooted in the Birthfit method. She serves pregnant and postpartum moms who are craving holistic, whole-person care and meets them where they are, both virtually and in-person.
How I Help Mothers:
Mackenzie Momper is a Postpartum Wellness Specialist and Holistic Nutritionist who walks alongside mothers and families in the sacred, often overlooked season after birth. Through personalized nutrition coaching, intentional movement, and nervous system support, she helps postpartum moms heal from the inside out whether recovering from a vaginal birth or cesarean, navigating postpartum depletion, or rebuilding their strength between pregnancies. Her approach is rooted in the belief that a well-supported mother is the foundation of a thriving family.
At the heart of her work is the Well-Fed Momma Plate a philosophy that reminds mothers to fill their own plate first before pouring into everyone else's. Mackenzie also educates fathers and families on what postpartum truly looks like, no matter the birth experience, and why warm, nourishing food is one of the most powerful ways a loved one can show up. Because when the whole family understands what mom's body is going through, the village rallies and mom gets to reclaim her energy, move her body the way she used to, and step into motherhood feeling strong, sexy, and well-fed.
