How I Help Mothers:

Jill is certified through the accredited Postpartum University – Postpartum Nutrition Professional program. Through her guidance, new mothers learn how to embrace diet and other modalities to truly regain their health and vitality after pregnancy, creating a strong foundation for both themselves and their babies.
In her practice, Jill also utilizes two powerful, donation-based therapeutic modalities. As a certified Bioqr™ therapist, she offers a form of human-derived immune system stimulation that can be used alongside allopathic medical care or as a standalone therapy, working with a client's medical diagnosis (from headache or infertility to auto-immune conditions and cancer support) to enhance their body's natural healing abilities. Additionally, Jill is a Sourcepoint Therapy practitioner, an energetic modality that focuses on the body's energetic grid structure and is designed to work in conjunction with other therapies. The donation-based model for both of these services is a direct reflection of her ethical commitment to ensuring that every individual, regardless of their income, has access to the support they need to feel well.
For over 12 years, Jill has volunteered as the editor of First Time Parent Magazine, where she has developed an extensive network of parenting experts and resources. Rather than focusing on trending topics, she curates evergreen content that addresses the real, and meaningful, concerns of new parents. She focuses on providing credible, practical information that empowers parents to not just survive, but truly thrive on their parenting and personal journeys. Her editorial work is informed by her deep personal experience as a mother of two and a stepmother to three (now 20-something) adults. This lived knowledge extends well beyond the magazine’s focus on ages 0–5, encompassing the intricacies of co-parenting dynamics, the correlation between toddler and teen behavior, foundational elements of family life, and conscious family planning.
Through all her roles—as a nurturer of physical health, a facilitator of energetic balance, and a guide in the parenting world, Jill is driven by one powerful mission: to help her clients and readers thrive. She has an extensive understanding of what makes life challenging and, more importantly, how to build a life of health, balance, and resilience. As she says, the choice to thrive is up to the individual, and her purpose is simply to provide the expert knowledge and compassionate support to help them get there.
