Professional Bio:

I became a doula because I know firsthand how isolating and overwhelming postpartum can feel— both from years as a nanny and my own experience becoming a mother. When my kids were born, I felt unprepared and alone, and I knew parents deserved more support than what’s typically offered. My work is rooted in helping new families feel held, rested, and truly supported so they can move through postpartum with confidence instead of survival mode.

How I Help Mothers:

I support postpartum mothers and families through hands-on newborn care education, realistic sleep guidance, and deeply nurturing postpartum support. My approach centers the parent, not just the baby—helping families feel confident caring for their newborn while also prioritizing rest, nourishment, and emotional well-being. I offer calm, practical guidance that meets you where you are, so you’re not left guessing or feeling like you’re doing it “wrong.”
