I’m a postpartum doula, certified lactation counselor and postpartum nutrition specialist. A majority of my care is within clients’ homes, but I am also happy to offer virtual support as well. I believe everyone should have access to personalized care and guidance in their postpartum season.

In addition to helping my clients gain confidence and healing, it is always my goal to ensure they feel seen and heard too.
