As a master nutrition therapist with specialized training in postpartum nutrition, as well as a busy mom myself, I understand the demands we experience as mothers -- physically, mentally and emotionally. I guide my clients to achieve nutritional repletion, create a balanced nervous system and find the joy in their motherhood journey by weaving functional science with ancient postpartum nourishment to create meaningful and lasting change for years to come.
