Professional Bio:

I hold a Ph.D in clinical psychology with a post doctorate in Perinatal Mental Health. Through my work I bring a multicultural lens to understand each individual, family and relationship in their own context. I offer my services in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. 

How I Help Mothers:

In my time working in-clinic as a perinatal mental health expert, I've seen it all, and I understand the unique challenges of new parenthood.

I'm a passionate advocate for and believer in the power of early intervention for families and babies. I know that even the most difficult journey can be transformed into a more joyful experience that benefits not just the baby but the whole family.
