Professional Bio:

Hi, my name is Clarice and I’m a Certified Postpartum Doula, PCD(DONA), Certified Breastfeeding Counselor (CBC) and Certified Postpartum Nutrition Professional (CPPNP). I also hold certification from the American Red Cross in Infant, Child and Adult CPR and First Aid.

My goal is to provide nurturing care so you can heal and recover from the birth experience and at the same time build confidence in your parenting abilities.

How I Help Mothers:

The 4th trimester is full of joy and excitement but can also feel overwhelming and be a challenging transition time. Focus and attention is typically on the birth, but evidence shows that support during the postpartum time is critical for the new parents.

I'm a postpartum doula who also specializes in postpartum nutrition by combining my doula role with meal preparation for the postpartum mama, as well as the family.

Being certified as a lactation counselor also allows me to help with any breastfeeding issues that might arise.
