PPU Certified Postpartum Nutrition Specialist

Professional Bio:

As a Certified Postpartum Nutrition Specialist, Certified Postpartum Doula, and experienced Newborn Care Specialist, I am passionate about supporting mothers through the transformative postpartum period. While much of the focus after birth is placed on the baby, I believe that caring for the mother is equally important.

I provide education and guidance on postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, newborn care, infant sleep, and maternal wellness. My goal is to help parents feel informed and confident as they navigate the early weeks and months of parenthood. Through evidence-based postpartum nutrition education, I help mothers understand how nourishing their bodies can support healing, recovery, energy levels, and overall well-being during the fourth trimester.

I strive to "mother the mother" by offering compassionate, nonjudgmental support tailored to each family's unique needs. Whether I am helping a family establish healthy sleep habits, providing breastfeeding education, teaching newborn care skills, or supporting a mother's recovery journey, my focus is on empowering parents while ensuring that mothers feel seen, cared for, and supported.I believe that when mothers are nurtured, the entire family benefits.

How I Help Mothers:

I support postpartum mothers and families by providing evidence-based education, practical guidance, and compassionate care during the transition into parenthood. My work focuses not only on the newborn, but also on the mother's recovery and well-being. I help families with breastfeeding education, newborn care, infant sleep, postpartum nutrition, and the day-to-day challenges that arise during the fourth trimester. My goal is to help parents feel confident, informed, and supported while creating a nurturing environment for both mother and baby.
What makes my approach unique is my commitment to "mothering the mother."

As a Certified Postpartum Nutrition Specialist, Certified Postpartum Doula, and experienced Newborn Care Specialist, I recognize that a mother's physical recovery, emotional well-being, and nutritional health are essential to the health of the entire family. I combine practical newborn expertise with a holistic focus on maternal wellness, helping mothers prioritize rest, nourishment, healing, and self-care while building confidence in their parenting journey. By supporting both the baby and the person caring for the baby, I help families thrive during one of life's most significant transitions.
