 Lauren Tager is a certified postpartum health and wellness professional.

Laruen first received her Health Coaching Certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2018 and her Postpartum Nutrition Certification from Postpartum University in 2021.

In 2022, she became certified in Somatic Nervous System & Trauma Healing, as well as studying postpartum yoga and movement.

A true postpartum mentor, she has gone through her own journey to heal postpartum depression, anxiety, adrenal fatigue, insomnia, depletion, and birth + childhood trauma.

Now she is using what she has learned to bring this healing to all other women seeking this level of support.
