Who This Is For
Mothers | Doulas & Birth Workers | Midwives & Nurses | Health Practitioners | Lactation Consultants | Nutritionists | Therapists & Coaches | New & Aspiring Providers
Postpartum Care Has A Knowledge Gap.
Providers manage postpartum symptoms in isolation. Thyroid in one office. Anxiety in another. Fatigue attributed to new parenthood. Joint pain normalized. Each symptom in its own lane.
Meanwhile, mothers are left trying to make sense of symptoms nobody connected to what their bodies went through.
The complete physiological picture was never taught.
THE FOUNDATION BEHIND
Everything Postpartum University® Teaches.
Providers arrive here from every corner of perinatal care — midwifery, nursing, therapy, lactation, nutrition, functional medicine, chiropractic. Many have years of clinical experience. Almost none were given a complete physiological education in what the postpartum body actually goes through.
The Postpartum Body is that education.
Why This Course Exists
After my first child, I experienced severe postpartum depression and anxiety. After another pregnancy, I developed autoimmune disease. Later came bipolar symptoms.
I spent 15 years researching, piecing together the connections no one had taught me. This course is the answer I wish I had. It is also the foundation underneath everything Postpartum University has built.

FOR PROVIDERS
See The Patterns
Finally understand the why behind your clients' symptoms and create care plans that actually work.
Before: You manage symptoms one at a time.
After: You understand the physiological story underneath them.
You can see how thyroid dysfunction, anxiety, digestive symptoms, fatigue, food sensitivities, inflammation, and mood changes often trace back to the same postpartum cascade.
That's the difference between managing symptoms and understanding recovery.
FOR MOTHERS
From Surviving to Thriving
Finally understand why your body changed after pregnancy and what it has been trying to tell you.
Before: You feel like you're chasing symptoms.
Fatigue. Anxiety. Hormone changes. Digestive issues. Food sensitivities. Nobody has shown you how they connect.
After: You understand the physiological story underneath them. The symptoms stop feeling random. Your body stops feeling broken.
And for the first time, you know what recovery is actually asking for.

This Is Where It Begins.
For providers: the foundational postpartum education your clinical training didn’t give you. The understanding that makes PNC possible. The picture that changes every postpartum patient you’ll ever see. This is where serious postpartum work begins.
For mothers: the explanation you were never given. The understanding that makes your body’s story finally make sense.
This isn’t a course about managing postpartum.
It’s the course that makes postpartum understandable.
That is a different thing entirely.
